Every piece is made specially for you, so it’s very important to provide all the correct information when placing your order. Please make sure everything is complete and accurate before checking out.

Kind reminder: any extra details sent through Instagram or email are not guaranteed to be added to your order. To keep everything organized and perfect, all information must be included directly on the website.

Large orders may take a little extra time to process, since everything is carefully made with attention to detail.

🎀 Product Care
All items are created with high-quality materials, but they are still delicate and should be handled with love.

For best results:
• Keep away from water and moisture
• Avoid direct sunlight for long periods
• Do not expose to heat
• Store safely to prevent bending or scratches

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to handling or storage.

All designs are created by Fairy by Camila Chancay using pre-made, professionally designed templates — this is why there is no extra design fee ✨

Each design is thoughtfully made to look beautiful, balanced, and ready to match your brand.

What can be personalized:
• Your brand colors
• Logo
• Business information
• Photos (if needed)

Fully custom designs (from scratch) are not included and would require additional pricing.

Design files are not shared, as they are part of my creative work and are protected.

If you send your own design, it will be printed as received. I am not responsible for any errors within customer-provided files.

📦 Processing & Shipping
Orders are completed in the order they are received 🤍

• Preview time: 2–3 weeks
• Once approved: printed & shipped within 1–2 days

You’ll receive a preview before printing, so please review it carefully and respond on time to avoid delays.
